1. Delivery Regulations
– ATP ensures on-time delivery to the customer’s warehouse/factory location or as mutually agreed by both parties. Details are as follows:
– Express inner-city delivery: 2–6 hours for orders of cans, cartons, or bags.
– Drum / IBC delivery: According to truck/specialized vehicle scheduling (within 24–48 hours).
– Out-of-province orders: 2–5 days depending on the area and transportation method (truck or container).
– COD orders: Applicable only to small orders; industrial orders require PO/contract confirmation prior to delivery.
2. Goods Inspection Policy
– Customers are entitled to check seals, labels, batch numbers, COA, quantity, and the condition of drums/cans before signing for receipt.
– Any issues must be reported within 24 hours with photos/videos attached.
– ATP’s inspection procedure includes:
– Checking quantity and external condition of cartons/drums/cans.
– Verifying COA/MSDS for compliance with technical standards.
– Recording a report in case of any discrepancies.
