RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. General Guidelines

Customers are required to record a video when opening the seal of drums/cans/cartons to verify the product condition.

ATP supports exchanges/returns within 03 days from the delivery date in the following cases:

– Incorrect product type delivered.
– Leakage or damage due to manufacturer defects.
– Short delivery compared to the contract.

2. Support Procedure

ATP will receive the request and provide instructions for the return process:

– Reseal the goods properly.
– Prepare delivery documents in accordance with regulations.
– ATP will cover 100% of the transportation cost for exchanges/returns in cases of supplier fault.
– Claim submission deadline: within 03 days from the date of receipt.
– Processing time: maximum 07 days from receipt of valid documents.
