Welcome to ATP Pacific’s system. By registering an account and using our services, you agree to the following terms to ensure your rights and a professional – secure purchasing experience.
1. Member Benefits
When owning an account, Members are entitled to:
– Manage transaction history: quotations – contracts – invoices by project or factory.
– Receive pricing policies by industry group, discounts based on order volume or accumulated revenue.
– Receive notifications about updated price lists, new arrivals, changes in standards, COA/MSDS of products.
– Store invoice and document records for quick retrieval when necessary.
– Receive prompt technical support and chemical application consulting based on registered data.
2. Member Obligations and Responsibilities
– Provide complete and accurate company information, delivery address, tax code, etc., and update promptly when changes occur.
– Maintain confidentiality of internal account information and prevent disclosure of quotation/contract data.
– Not use the account for fraudulent activities or actions that disrupt the system.
– Not share the account with other entities.
3. Collection and Use of Information
ATP collects the following information:
• Full name, phone number, email, delivery address.
• Access and transaction history.
• We do not store card numbers or payment passwords.
Purpose of information usage:
– Processing orders, contracts, and delivery documents.
– Providing technical support and consulting on chemical applications and production processes.
– Sending quotations, promotional programs, or product notifications (with customer consent).
– Customer care and service quality improvement.
4. Data Security and Information Sharing
– ATP complies with data protection regulations and uses customer data strictly for its intended purposes.
– Data encryption and appropriate access authorization are applied.

6. Account Violation Handling
An account may be temporarily suspended or terminated if:

– The account is misused, posing risks to the system or for commercial fraud purposes.
– Website regulations are violated.
